Lambton Park opens to the public with new seasonal walks

A number of new permissive walks have opened up in Lambton Park, part of the conditions for the new Miller Homes housing development there.

The public can now enjoy a number of walks through the Lambton Park estate, with some great views of Lamton Castle.

Between the 1st of February and the 30th of June, the walks are open every day between 9am and 6pm, and between 1st of July and 30th of September they are open on Sunday between 9am and 6pm.

Some of the walks are a little muddy, and bumpy so do take extra care if you have a pushchair with you, or if you have mobility issues.

A map of the 11km of walks is available on the Lambton Park website, and more information can be fond on the Visiting Lambton page.

Parking is available within the grounds, though do be careful as many visitors were parking outside of the grounds along a road for construction traffic. Please also be mindful both of residents living within Lambton Park, and also those in Bournmoor, especially those in the Estate Houses.
